| So I have been looking at my weakness lately. It's easy to do when you are spenting 4 hours a weekday in prayer, med., and worship. The biggest pill to swallow is how hard it honestly is. I am so weak that I have a hard time spending time loving one that loves me immesurably more than I have ever been loved or will ever love. I can spend whole days with Moriah, but when it comes to my God I come so short. I long to be enraptured by the love of my love. There is so much pleasure in the Lord. I know there is I have felt this but I need more. There is so much freedom in the Lord. I know this I have found some freedom but I want more. I am so weak. May the Lord give me the grace to live this new life that the word of God talks about.
One short revelation I just had. The band on stage is singing "he who has seen Jesus has seen the Father" This is amazing because I have seen Jesus. One night a few years ago I saw Jesus in a dream. This means that I have also seen the Father. That is a good Truth!! | | |
| This last weekend Moriah and I went to Kerville to see a friend of mine. His dad has land out there and we went to hang out and go hunting. For the most part the hunting was a moderate success. We were largly ineffective due to malfuctioning traps and baits however I did manage to shoot a crippled female Antelope. Travis (my friend) Moriah and I were hunting in the dark with huge spot lights. (This is a little unfair because Deer freeze in light) I was compelled to shoot when Travis yelled out "there's Peggy shoot her". Not knowing 'Peggy' was short for pegleg peggy. I only found out later that she was the crippled deer that they've been trying get somebody to kill for awhile. Moriah and I renamed her Gimmpy Gertrude. She is in our frige as we speak. | | |
| What do people think of the new xanga start up page? I personally like the old one. | | |
| Hello friends
If you haven't noticed from the title, this is a LaCour update. Here are some things goin on with us, maybe interesting, maybe not, but all put together in one xanga update. We are putting finishing touches on our home. I am finally graduating college after many years. A whole decade! Not quite, but close enough. Moriah is trying to get into grad school. We had trouble with Texas State and didn't get her in on time for fall, but we are treating this as an opportunity to find the school that will really fit us. We have both been feeling that it would be good to go to a seminary. Anyone have any ideas on a good one for counseling? For the moment, Moriah has a lot of free time and we are trying to figure out what to do with it. Probably getting a sweet job. Suggestions are welcome for that as well. Other than that, we are doing a lot of chilling, and spending more time at AHOP, and (Hopefully) making more Hope friends in the process.
Fun AHOP fact: Those that go to the 6:00 am prayer have a 40% chance of getting hitched. The best dating service to hit the market since arranged marriage.

| Moriah quit her job about two weeks ago so we have been going on vacations. Last weekend we went to Kansas City to go to a confrence at IHOP. It was the signs and wonders confrence. It was awsome! Moriah and I got to hang out with really cool people. See God doing what he does best (being God). Moriah and I got to pray for somebody and God healed them. This weekend we are visiting a good old friend of ours in Galveston. We was my best man in Moriah and my wedding. It's been really awsome. Next week Moriah is going to start looking for work and our vacations will be over. This is ok we love Austin! | | |
